Last weekend I went to the zoo with my family. We visited Wildlands in Emmen, which we have wanted to visit for a long time now. Of course I took my trusty camera with me and I’ve taken a lot of photos. A lot. Today I’ll show you a couple of my best ones. So if you’re into pictures of some cute animals, definitely keep reading!

Sike, got you there! No pictures of animals here. No, just kidding. This is the only picture that does not consist at least one animal. I just thought it would be nice to start with this one. I really enjoy the colours and focus in this picture, so I wanted to show you! Now onto the real animal pictures. If I have something to say about a photo, I’ll tell you, but mostly I just want you to enjoy the pictures.

I can’t really remember what type of animal this is, but these guys were just too adorable not to be photographed. I wish I could sleep as well as this little one!

Of course, this isn’t really a zoo-animal, but I’ve never seen a swallow this close. Such a beautiful bird!

Yes, this is my second picture of a prairiedog. Do I have about a hundred more on my camera? Definitely. Do I care? Absolutely not. These things are too cute. Look at its little paws!

And we finish this post with a second picture of a meerkat. I was pretty proud of this one! I like how you can’t even tell it was taken in a zoo. And Timon looks adorable as always.

And that concludes today’s post! If you have any questions considering my pictures and editing, please let me know. I’ll see you next time!
